These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Skynet Ventures, LLC (“Skynet Ventures,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They govern your use of skynetventures.io (the “Site”) and the apps we publish (the “Apps”). The Site and the Apps together are the “Services.” Please read these Terms carefully.
01Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Some Apps may present additional terms, which become part of these Terms when you accept them.
02Who we are

03Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for it.
04Studio engagements
Software development and other professional services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a services agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.
05Apps and the App Store
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Unless an App comes with its own end user license agreement, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) also applies to Apps you download from the App Store. If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict as to an App, the Standard EULA controls. For Apps obtained through the App Store, you and we acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and Skynet Ventures only, not Apple. Skynet Ventures, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Apps and their content.
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Apps.
- If an App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for that App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Apps, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
- Skynet Ventures, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to an App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that an App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- If a third party claims that an App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Skynet Ventures, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using an App, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

06Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases made in our Apps are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms, and prices are shown in the App before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings on your device. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. If we offer a free trial, any unused portion ends when you purchase a subscription.
07Accounts
Some Apps may let you create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing hello@skynetventures.io.
08Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of any law or regulation, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services, except as these Terms allow;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where the law permits it;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them or to related systems;
- use automated means to access or collect data from the Services without our written permission; or
- upload malicious code, or use the Services to harass, abuse or harm others.
09Your content
Some Apps may let you create, upload or store content. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display it solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed to use it with the Services.
10Our intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics and other content, and the Skynet Ventures name and logos, are owned by Skynet Ventures or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
11AI features
Some Apps may include features powered by AI models. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Review it before you rely on it, and don’t use it as a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the output.
12Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
13Third-party services
The Services may link to or work with third-party websites, services or content that we don’t control. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
14Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.
15Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skynet Ventures and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose or US$100.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain of these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
16Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skynet Ventures and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
17Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law, will survive.
18Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer living outside the United States, nothing in this section limits any mandatory protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.
19Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and if a change is material we will give you reasonable notice, for example in the App or by email. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept them.
20General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any App-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and Skynet Ventures about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
